The purpose of the Weinlesetanz is to celebrate the successful harvest of the grapes used to make wine. In the festival hall, one finds fruit, which one tries to steal, hanging from the ceiling. But if one is caught by the fruit police (members of the Children's Group), then one must pay a small monetary fine. This event, held yearly in the month of November, is truly one-of-a-kind.
